You Got This! | Motivational Monday | 2017 #2

Oh Hai,

Merry Monday to you! The third week of January is often a sticky one for me, one where I give up my resolutions, ditch the healthy eating, slack on my schedule and succumb to the gloomy weather. With that in mind, I thought we'd take today's Motivational Monday opportunity to gee ourselves up and  k e e p  g o i n g.

(Sourced from Pinterest and traced to HERE)

January is rough and long and a lot of us are feeling the pinch with December's payday seeming a long old time a go but you've got this! You can totally get through it and push into February still on track with all your goals and resolutions.

Save this blog post on your phone or laptop and every time you feel a bit bleaugh, read this -

KEEP GOING. YOU ARE SO MUCH STRONGER THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE. DIG DEEP. THINK HOW AMAZING YOU'LL FEEL IN FEBRUARY, KNOWING YOU DID IT FOR ALL OF JANUARY.

Pass this on to anyone you know that is trying. That lady in the office, your friend at college, your Mummy friend who's had a lot of sleepless night. Remind them that like you, they can handle it!

How have you been getting on with last week's homework of waking up a little bit earlier? I did it about 3 days of the week and really felt great for it!

Let me know how you're getting on in the comments below OR leave a positive comment for someone else who has reached out. Let's keep the comments section a really supportive space for those who need it.

Good luck! Keep Going! Love you!

Toodlepip!

xx

  4. Hey Louise, a lot of love all the way from Singapore. Thank you so much for this post, I think I needed this today than ever. Here's a little bit about me, I just entered university last year in August and am currently in my second term. What I had studied before university is drastically different from what I am doing now, reason being was that I could not get into my dream course. I have been struggling with the curriculum and fitting in with the other students here. It just doesn't seem to be where my interest lies, but I know that I have to complete university no matter what. I'm kinda just telling myself to take things a day at a time and to surround myself with people who gets me and indulge myself in things I enjoy.

  5. January has been quite a difficult month for me so far, there has been a lot of issues within my family, and my cousin passed away last week which has been really hard to deal with. However! I did get my drivers licence this month which is pretty exciting. I also currently have the flu which isn't great, but on the plus side, uni offers come through on wednesday so hopefully I get accepted into my dream course! xx Thank you for being so positive Louise xo Much love

  17. Louise, thank you so much for this! I really needed this today. To be honest, I am a bit hungover, but that is when all my horrible feelings hits me the most. I am nearly a year after surgery for scoliosis and I started a channel to try and help others. Today I just felt so sore and scared incase it doesn't work and I don't help anyone. I have a big fear of success.
This helped me so much and that is why I always turn to your videos, blog, twitter and Instagram.
You have helped me more than you will know and I just want to thank you! <3

  21. This is definitely what I needed to hear! Sometimes it's really important to be reminded that we can handle what we're given and be able to learn and progress and do even better later!

how to gain muscles quick. follow those 4 golden rules and remember the fact that a muscular and properly defined body will not come too without difficulty. the steps concerned may appear easy enough however attaining an excellent body also requires the 5th step of dedication and hard work. 27. My life is devastated! I’m going through hell right now or from the past one month. One month ago,i broke up with my bf.We both were completely in love. But i started having some issues with myself. My mood swings were a lot to handle for him an that point i just felt the need to break up and so i did.And i hurt him to the core which i never wanted to.He kept on begging me but i didn’t hear.Later on he started avoiding me and kind of did everything as you said in your video.it felt bad.I always loved him but i had to break up.I regret breaking up so much. But after that he said no to me.He said he’ll never come back as he cannot put faith in me.I have tried my level best but he is adamant that he cannot trust me.Even though after i realised what i did.I changed myself completely.I dealt with my mood swings and now i don’t get any.He cannot trust me.what should i do?I love himand he does too but he says he don’t have that much courage to come back. one day in my office going through the internet i saw a post of a lady giving testimony on how she got her husband back,i also come across a blog site on how to reunite and get your ex back with a love spell it was really amazing to see this so i copy his email id on http://happyspelltemple.webs.com/ i explain my situation to him and gave him all the details he requested from me, he give me 3 days assurance that my boyfriend will come back after the spell i was so overwal to hear that so i just keep calm and follow up his order coz i really love my boyfriend and want him back. on the third day after the spell as he promise me, my ex call me also show up in my office begging me to forgive him and accept him back with out no delay, i lift him up with a kiss and was so very happy to have him back all my happiness was from Dr happy he is indeed a true man a father and a god sent. plz contact Dr happy on his email id direct at happylovespell2@gmail.com or call his mobile number on +2348133873774
