Draw My Life

Aloha Sprinklerinos,

I upload videos to my main channel (click HERE to stalk it) every single Sunday. Sometimes I upload bonus videos throughout the week.

Last week, I uploaded a video that was really out of my comfort zone, both emotionally and technically. I really enjoy to challenge myself every now and again (my previous challenge had been THIS Baby Glitter Lookbook) and to see what I can achieve when I set my mind to it.

Draw My Life was not my original concept. It was created by another YouTuber who encouraged others to do the same and have a go. So I did. And I was amazed.

I have been overwhelmed by the support and kindness viewers have shown me. I have been inundated with text messages and phonecalls from 'real life' friends and have had lovely conversations with family who watched it too.

It's funny how you can sit on so much stuff and then one day, make a 6 minute summary and all of a sudden, people who had been dormant in your life care. It made me think that maybe, even on days when we feel nobody notices, there are more people than you think waiting to love you.

I hope that should any of my friends or family open up in similar way, I can show them the same warmth that they have shown me.

The world feels like a very friendly place this week. Long may it last.

Tell me the best thing that has happened to you this week and the comments will be a VERY happy place.

Toodlepip!

xx

  10. I loved this video so much Louise. I think, despite all that has happened in your past, you have made a brilliant present and future for yourself. And that's a big testament to how ace you are. x

  11. Such a brilliant video - I think sometimes you forget that people have went through hard times, especially when they are a positive as you are! My mum developed a brain tumor when I was small and then again when I was 14, and although I was young I still remember how hard it was seeing my mum so ill. Thankfully, it was benign but she had to have 2 extreme operations which left her unable to cry out of one eye and unable to hear out of one ear, but I was so Thankful to have my mum back. I can't even imagine how hard this was for you losing your mum but I know she is looking down on you so proud. I love how you haven't let your past experiences affect you, as you are an amazing mother and a beautiful person inside and out.

  12. The first thing I'd like to say is I'm glad you're so happy now. <3 You're an amazing mum and a fantastic woman. I think so many people are proud of you.

The next thing I want to say is a little strange. I was bullied all through school, which I know is nowhere near the same and bullying is something everyone goes through but now I find it difficult to make trust people and have very little/no confidence. Your video makes me happy because even though you went through a bad time you've come out an amazing person. It's really inspiring and encouraging! So thank you so much for that :)

You are a very special lady and I wish you all the luck in life because you really do deserve it all <3

Best thing that happened to me this week was my grandad bringing me round a portion of delicious stew after a really stressful day at uni, what a man!

  23. This week I got some really good marks for some uni work, which made up for the rather poopy one I got last week; two cheeky boys on YouTube raised awareness of HIV; I went dog-walking and experienced the instant friendship and mutual love of dogs with other dog-walkers and took some pictures for THE NICEST ladies; a guy in a Pikachu costume ran for student union president; and I wrote a comment on YouTube telling two amazing ladies that they are exactly that - amazing! and I got a reply from my favourite YouTuber saying my comment was the 'best ever' :D xxx

  41. Aloha Louise!
I think this is by far my favourite draw my life video I've seen! Your Momma sounded like such an inspiring woman, much like my own and much like yourself! I've been following your blog for a while now on Bloglovin'. Back in 2010 I started my own blog but I was always too scared to publicise it(I do hope I spelt that right).. What I'm trying to say is that yourself and some other bloggers (ie. Zoe) have really inspired me to not care what others think and pursue my love of blogging. So I guess I just wanted to say thank you. For having such a happy heart! I'd be so grateful if yourself or anyone out there checked out my blog- myinbetweendreams.blogspot.com- it's a working progress!
Lots of love and glittery hugs,

  48. i have to admit that i'm an extremely negative person and i just admire so much your take on life, despite all that's happened to you.
since it's a little hard for me to get close to people IRL, and bloggers vloggers and tumblrers (?) give me (and everyone else) the opportunity to have a look at their lives, style, tastes, and overall happy feelings, i get to(virtually) surround myself with a group of extremely generous and smart people like you, and i'm very grateful for that. thank you!
best of luck for you, matt, darcy, tiyana, zoe, and all the lovely people in your life.

  49. I watched this on YouTube a few days ago and I can honestly say it nearly brought me to tears. It was so sad hearing about how your life went from good to bad then to worse but then it picked up again. I'm glad to hear that it's got better for you and it seems like it's just going to keep going that way too. :)

You're definitely an inspiration and a brilliant daughter, wife and Mommy. ^_^

  67. Hi, I work in a communication company I want to share my testimony to the world, my name is maria katrina, i am from united kingdom in belfast north ireland, I was a stripper in a club I got effected with HIV due to the nature of my job, In april 15 2013 i was tested positive to HIV, Believe it or not this is a true life experience. This is not design to convince you but its just a personal health experience . I never taught doctor hakim could ever get my HIV-AIDS cured with his healing spell, i have tried almost everything but I couldn't find any solution on my disease, despite all these happening to me, i always spend a lot to buy a HIV drugs from hospital and taking some several medications but no relieve, until one day i was just browsing on the internet when i came across a great post of !Michelle! who truly said that she was been diagnose with HIV and was healed that very week through the help of this great powerful healing spell doctor ,I wonder why he is called the great papa hakim, i never knew it was all because of the great and perfect work that he has been doing that is causing all this. so I quickly contacted him, and he ask me some few questions and so i did all the things he asked me to do, He never collected any money from me until I was finally cured, only to see that at the very day which he said i will be healed, all the strength that has left me before rush back and i becomes very strong and healthy, this disease almost kills my life all because of me, so i went to hospital to give the final test to the disease and the doctor said i am HIV negative, i am very amazed and happy about the healing doctor hakim gave to me from the ancient part of africa, you can email him now for your own healing too on his email: dr.hakimherbalspellworld@gmail.com. thank you doctor for healing me from HIV. I am free and happy. here is my mobile number to really confirm from me +44702407844
